A couple of months ago i got two HUGE pimples. I have never really had bad skin but it wasnt exactly perfect eaither. I went to Sephora and picked up these vitamins and a kinerase blemish stick. Together they worked like a dream.

I feel that my skin is smoother, more even and i have absolutly NO pimples since i started using these vitamins.I agree that taking 4 a day is a lot so i only take two a day because if you read the actual values of a four pill dose you are getting like 200% of what you need but as long as you get 100 you are getting enough to make a difference.
